At Matson Graphics our goal is to help individuals and businesses of all sizes and types build their visibility and improve their image through fresh, clean, and effective web design. Project proposals are free and usually take place via phone and email. Our hourly rates for Web Design & Web Maintenance is $55/hr.

At this stage we will typically communicate with the client via
email or by phone (we can even meet in person if needed). It’s good to have a clear idea of all your website pages and extra
functionality needs before you call your web designer. But, we can
help you with this if you don’t know what you need.
At this stage we will have determined all your web site needs and a Project Proposal will be written up. This will need to be signed and dated by the client and Matson Graphics and either mailed, faxed or emailed back to the Matson Graphics offices.
At this stage we request that a 50% deposit is paid to Matson Graphics to start all web design jobs. Payments can be made by cash, check or credit cards (via paypal).
Once the 1/2 down payment is recieved your Design Concepts
will be started. Typically Matson Graphics creates 1-3 design sample roughs for the client to choose from depending on the
job. These sample designs are typically emailed to the client
as .jpgs for reviewing.
At the revisions stage, the client typically has the choice of making up to three separate revisions (changes) to the rough draft concept selected from the three that were emailed to the client.
After the final revisions are made and the client gives the “ok”, Matson Graphics will then prep the art files into html/php so they are ready for viewing online. Once the sample site is online, the client can then make one final revision per page to the text (images and layout should be proofed and finalized before this stage).
When the website is signed off by the client and the final payment is received, Matson Graphics will release all final approved artwork on disc or via email to the client (Websites will go live at this stage).
