At Matson Graphics our goal is to help individuals and businesses of all sizes and types build their visibility and improve their image through fresh, clean and effective logo, graphic and web design.
Initial consultations are free, and usually take place via phone or email. To the right of this page, you can see the typical process for all our graphic design projects.
Matson Graphics will bill on either an hourly or on a project-fee basis, depending on the project requirements and the client’s preferences. Hourly fees typically work out better for the client. Our speedy and proficient service will save you both time and money. We’re a smaller design studio, so less expensive than big graphic design companies!
Matson Graphics’ pricing is only $35/hr for Print Design and $55/hr for Web Design/Maintenance. If you would like a pricing guide emailed or faxed to you, please email us here: firstname.lastname@example.org

Additional payment requirements: Clients are responsible for paying sales tax, and shipping if necessary.
We require a 1/2 down payment to start all jobs and the final payment upon completion of the job at hand. Any jobs over $500 require a project proposal to be signed and dated by the client before any work is started.
Contact Matson Graphics: Seth Matson
Matson Graphics is Located in Huntington Beach, Orange County, California – USA
Initially we will typically communicate with the client through email or the phone (we can meet in person if needed)
After you have communicated all your graphic design needs, a Project Proposal will be written up. The Proposal will need to be signed and dated by the client and Matson Graphics, and either mailed, faxed or emailed back to the Matson Graphics offices.
At this stage we request that a 50% deposit is paid to Matson Graphics to start all jobs. Payments can be made by cash, check or credit cards (via paypal).
Once the 1/2 down payment is received, your Design Concepts will be started. Typically Matson Graphics creates 1-3 design sample roughs for the client to choose from, depending on the job. These sample designs are typically emailed to the client for review.
At the revisions stage the client typically has the choice of making up to three separate revisions (changes) to the “one” favorite sample rough draft concept out of the three that were emailed to the client.
After the final revisions are made, and the client gives the “ok”, Matson Graphics will then prep the art files so they are ready for print, web, etc., and burn the final art to disc.
Once the final payment is received, Matson Graphics will release all final approved artwork on disc or via email to the client
(Websites will go live at this stage).
Be sure to ask the designer’s opinion. Graphic Designers work with hundreds of clients each year and can sometimes have great insight for you and your final projects outcome. This is also a good way to get the most out of your graphic artist.
